AMA Victoria’s Doctors in Training conference 2015
‘What’s the next step?’
It’s a question on the minds of many Doctors-in-training. And something we hope to help answer with the AMA DiT ‘The next step’ conference in 2015.
Following on from the success of our conference in 2014, which focused on global health, we are broadening our horizons further.
This year we will continue to have a focus on global health, but also indigenous health, Doctors’ health and wellbeing, research and education.
We are looking to recruit keen and enthusiastic volunteers who have a particular interest in either
- Global health
- Indigenous health
- Doctor’s health and wellbeing or
- Research and education
Skills in communication, IT, promotions, events planning and research would be advantageous.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in something that you’re passionate about and to work with a group of like-minded people. You will help to grow and establish a unique event for DiT, which encompasses the many aspects of life as a medical professional. Why not explore your skills outside of clinical medicine?
We realize how busy the schedule of doctors daily life can be, so we are looking for people willing to commit to 1-2 hours a fortnight initially and more within the month leading up to the conference in September next year.
If you have a particular interest in any of the above then get in touch with us!
